Job Description
- Revises Tender documents in order to fully understand project contractual & technical scope.
- Review and analysis the sub-contractors / Suppliers' offers which is obtained by T.O, to include of its impacts on the time, and cost of the tender projects.
- Creates Standard Subcontract Forms / Templates for all trades to be trade specific & sent to management / Project management for project use
- Review technical and Commercial proposals.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- Experience from (3 to 5 years) of marine oil & gas experience, including contract preparation, negotiation, tendering, and award procedures.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, negotiations, and management skills
- Knowledge of MS office.
- English fluency is must.
- Gender: Male.
