Job Description
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive workplace environment and mediate conflicts when necessary.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for staff development.
Compliance & Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures tailored to the real estate sector.
Medical and Social Insurance Management:
Oversee the administration of employee medical and social insurance programs. Ensure employees are informed about their benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
Payroll Management:
Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. Address payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Employee Contracts:
Prepare, review, and manage employee contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Company Database Management:
Maintain and update the company’s HR database, ensuring accurate record-keeping for employee information, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Prepare reports for management on employee turnover, recruitment, and other HR-related activities.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge, focusing on industry-specific requirements.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of HR generalist experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a real estate company.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Familiarity with real estate industry standards is a plus.
