We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to develop and implement social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
• Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost brand visibility.
Job Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing.
