Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As the team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Odoo-based solutions for our clients. Your strong technical expertise and leadership skills will play a crucial role in driving successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify issues reported by clients and recommend appropriate solutions or search for existing solutions.
  • Communicate client requirements to the development team and perform appropriate testing for the developed solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting problems arising for the client and providing production support.
  • Contribute to the creation of manuals and tutorials for solutions, either written or in video format.
  • Utilize your functional experience and deep knowledge of Odoo, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, to support clients across various modules, including Sales, Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Point of Sale, Manufacturing, CRM, Inventory, Website, Projects, and Timesheets.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and/or accounting principles.
  • Technical and functional expertise in Odoo modules and features.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and security compliance standards.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
