RUSHBRUSH INC. is expanding its Human Resources Department and looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to:
Key Accountabilities:
- Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions in the labor market as well as on legal regulations
- Monitor any adjustments in the pay structure or benefits of competitors to attract and retain talents.
Duties:
- Responsible for monthly payroll cycles.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Issuing job offers for selected candidates.
- Creation and improvement of salary, benefit, and bonus systems.
- Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and market analysis.
- Ensure that compensation practices are following current laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- HR Certification is required.
- From 2-4 years of experience in the same role.
- Good English Level.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
