Job Description
We are hiring a partner manager for one of our clients in Cairo, Egypt.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing our business through multiple partners and channels, whether direct or indirect sales through regional partners.
- Applicants need to have a real hunger for hitting sales targets and a passion for proactively seeking new sales opportunities and acquiring new accounts consistently.
- The applicant will also be responsible for driving sales & revenue from existing partners and recruiting new partners to extend our reach regionally and increase sales through multiple channels.
- Build strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to resell/redistribute our products and services
- Driving new sales and revenue from new & existing partners
- Meeting sales and revenue targets from the allocated demographical regions.
- To pro-actively seek new business opportunities at all points
- Consistently convert new leads into accounts and build customer accounts using outbound lead generation techniques
- To execute a sales-specific strategy developed with the senior management team
- Execute growth strategies to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations and build partnerships
- To achieve set sales and profit targets
- To be the face of our business in the market
- Ensure having a positive and good relationship with our customers.
- Presenting and delivering products demo for potential customers
- Manage Contracts Negotiation and awarding processes with clients
- Support other functions in invoicing & collection process
- Own the end-to-end contracting and other project closure activities.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant degrees
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and partnership related role
- Successful track record of hitting sales and revenue targets.
- Comfortable holding technical discussions associated with best practice cloud-based solutions.
- Past account management experience where you exceeded quota and met key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Working within the enterprise software development industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English & Arabic is essential
