Job Objective:

Market and sell properties to clients, achieve set sales targets and build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Promotion of Properties: Present and explain available property features to potential clients.
• Consulting: Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and investors.
• Achieving Goals: Work to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Preparing Presentations: Prepare presentations for real estate properties.
• Client Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients to ensure deals are closed.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
