Job: Sales Associate - Real Estate Company
Location: New Cairo/Madinaty
Job Title: Full-time
Job Objective:
Market and sell properties to clients, achieve set sales targets and build long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Promotion of Properties: Present and explain available property features to potential clients.
- Consulting: Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and investors.
- Achieving Goals: Work to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Preparing Presentations: Prepare presentations for real estate properties.
- Client Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients to ensure deals are closed.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Market Knowledge: A good understanding of the local real estate market and its trends.
