Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive monthly maintenance plan for metal sheet molds based on accumulated shot count.
- Monitor daily mold output to prevent quality issues and production halts, promptly addressing any arising problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Design improvements for molds to optimize performance.
- Handling Spare parts CAD & CAM drawings.
- Create and manage CAD & CAM drawings for spare parts, coordinating with external manufacturers as necessary.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mold-related issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance mold running conditions based on their feedback.
- Design, fabricate, and deploy essential jigs to address quality concerns.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mold team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in design & production.
- 5-8 years of proven experience related to mold engineering field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and NX software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build rapport with team members.
- 10th of Ramadan city and nearby residents are preferred (accommodation support is provided).
