- Serve as the primary point of contact and offer administrative assistance to the Managing Director.
- Manage and organize the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate various documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Proficient in writing and managing meeting minutes professionally.
- Conduct research, gather data, and assist in compiling reports and presentations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proactively prioritize and manage tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and follow-ups.
