Senior Import & Export Specialist

.Create import/export documentation both within and outside of the scope of SAP
.Process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation.
.Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues associated with all shipments.
.Track, trace and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the Company’s warehouses for Sales Planning Teams (NI & NII)
.Assist in handling and resolving freight claims.
.Maintain electronic records including daily import activity log (shipping manifest).
.Assist in process of Drawback claims as needed.
.Maintain all files and paperwork relating to import/export matters.
.All other duties as required or needed.
