Job Description
Microsystems Egypt is growing.
We are looking for (Software Technical Support) with excellent technical skills oriented to assist our customers.
Willing to work in an innovative and technical-passionate environment.
What you’ll be doing?
- Provide Support and guidance in application projects with customers.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical bugs.
- Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes, and making recommendations.
- Provide training to our customer
- Writing technical documentation and reporting.
Job Requirements
Required skills & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- +3 years of experience in software applications including implementation, support, and user training.
- V.good in English.
- Knowledge of techniques for maintaining relationships with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Innovative mindset.
Location: El Mokattam City, Cairo.
Job Type: Full-time
Working hours: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM / 2 Days off
