Job Description

As a Media Buyer with a medical background, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our media buying activities to effectively promote our healthcare services, medical products, and initiatives. Your role will involve strategizing, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space and time across various media channels. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct research to identify target audiences and market trends within the healthcare industry
    • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of media campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Media Planning and Buying:
    • Develop media buying strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience
    • Negotiate and purchase advertising space in print, online, broadcast, and social media platforms
    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content is accurate, impactful, and compliant with medical standards
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns to optimize ROI and achieve marketing goals
    • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders
  • Compliance and Ethics:
    • Ensure all media buying activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, especially concerning medical advertising regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Deep understanding of media planning, buying, and negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare services, and industry regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in media buying tools and software.
