Job Description
- Leading and developing freight operations team.
- Team support and organization – direct involvement in process of operations.
- End to end responsibility for all freight transactions.
- Review and answer email communications with overseas agents and clients.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years related experience.
- Wide experience in air/ocean freight forwarding business.
- Problem-solving ability, particularly when working under pressure.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Great organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of international geography.
- Ability to train and/or travel if needed.
