Job Description
- Support technical advisor upon their request and complain department in front of CPA and perform the reports about the cases.
- Issue quality reports for mother companies.
- Support PDI and authorized dealers for any technical issues and support service centers outside Cairo.
- Participates in GB academy trainings.
- Follow up scan tools and special tools update for all service center.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering |
Required Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position |
Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite |
Language Requirements: Good command of English |
