Job Description
- Review Technical Specifications, Boq, Drawings and related documents and locate potential vendors and suppliers
- Prepare subcontractors and suppliers packages and process requisitions.
- Evaluate the submitted quotations technically and financially
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimum cost-quality and to ensure that target prices company's terms and conditions are met
- Make comparison between sub-contractors' offer and budget .
- Select the awarded s/c based on the best technical & financial offer that matching with project's requirements.
- Issue purchase order or contract to the awarded s/c .
- Report the lesson learned in each project for future ones.
Job Requirements
- Bachler’s degree in accountant or business administration.
- Must have previous experience in construction companies.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience.
