Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully in cooperation with the sales team.
- Achieve the sales strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Establish and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Promote and sell our products to all customers through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
- Build data base and good relations with target customers groups.
- Follow up collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Technical Service, financial departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service.
- Plan and perform daily customer visits and sales activities.
- Paying good attention to customer’s complaints to ensure trusted relationship.
- Monitor timing regularly to ensure collection is received on time
- Create monthly sales and collection reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemicals Engineering or Pharmaceutical or a related field
- Graduated from AUC, GUC, MSA, MIS, Eslsca is a must
- Minimum of 1 – 5 years of experience in the same role/related field.
- Client-focused solutions experience.
- Talent for influencing client management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at the same time.
- Effective customer management skills with demonstrated ability to work successfully with collaborate sales teams to meet performance goals.
- Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic, as other language is preferred
