• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulations throughout the production lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the quality control team effectively.
• Conduct thorough audits and inspections to identify areas for process optimization and quality enhancement.
• Analize quality data, pinpoint trends, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure optimal product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the rigorous testing and analysis of chemical raw materials and finished white tissue products.
