Job Description
- Identify and Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company.
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
- Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered and maintain receipts, records and inventories
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing role.
- Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- Experience in purchasing fleet spare parts is a must.
- Proven Negotiation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of MS office (Excel& Word)
- ERP System background.
- Have many resources.
