Job Description

  • Identify and Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company.
  • Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
  • Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
  • Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered and maintain receipts, records and inventories

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing role.
  • Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  • Experience in purchasing  fleet spare parts is a must.
  • Proven Negotiation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of MS office (Excel& Word)
  • ERP System background.
  • Have many resources.
