Job Description
- Coordinate the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company policies and production schedules.
- Process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm order details.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and production teams to anticipate purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information in procurement systems.
- Track and expedite outstanding orders to ensure timely receipt and resolve any delivery issues.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and contribute to supplier relationship management.
- Support the preparation of procurement reports and analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and cost savings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order management, and vendor communications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
