Job Description
- Directing technicians in the maintenance and installation of electrical and control systems, including solving problems in daily operations and conducting measurement activities to detect faults and test the efficiency of electrical systems.
- Supervising the maintenance of medium/low voltage motors with the electrical supervisor/technician, such as (ensuring the connection of the motor parts and coils - rotor connections - replacing damaged motor parts) and ensuring the technical condition of the motors after maintenance.
- Making purchase orders for control and power distribution devices appropriate to the equipment to be installed.
- Performing regular maintenance on PLC boards, cleaning them from dust, and ensuring that their parts are connected.
- Evaluate the overall performance of electrical and control systems to ensure operational feasibility.
- Providing technical assistance to the shift engineer and technicians to install electrical equipment and detect electrical faults in order to maintain factory operations.
- Review daily maintenance inspection reports and work orders and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories so that an action plan can be developed.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven expertise as an electrical engineer.
- Deep knowledge of electrical maintenance processes.
- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
