Job Description

We are looking for a senior technical support  Engineer to provide assistance to our team. He will be responsible for Technical support , Software & API management and troubleshooting.They will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing problems, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat or on-site if needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Document customer interactions in the ticketing system
  • Update existing knowledge base articles as needed
  • Work with other departments when necessary to resolve customer inquiries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a technical support role in light current industry
  • Good knowledge in Database and SQL servers
  • Knowledge of software development processes
     
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
