Job Description
We are looking for a senior technical support Engineer to provide assistance to our team. He will be responsible for Technical support , Software & API management and troubleshooting.They will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing problems, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat or on-site if needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Document customer interactions in the ticketing system
- Update existing knowledge base articles as needed
- Work with other departments when necessary to resolve customer inquiries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in a technical support role in light current industry
- Good knowledge in Database and SQL servers
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
