- Job Description:
- Assist in updating our internal database by collecting HR data into archive/computer files
- Assist in handling the employee's compensation and benefits (such as Health and Social insurance).
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Post jobs and schedule interviews.
The intern will learn:
• How to collect data for a well-structured HR database
• How to communicate • How to screen CVs
• How to make phone and face-to-face interviews
• How to be accurate and picky
• How to work under pressure and stick to deadlines.
Internship Requirements
- Good Application and use of Computer Skills (Word, Excel ,and PowerPoint) is MUST.
- Interested and passionate about HR Functions
- Well organized
- Fresh graduate candidate.
- Listening and Communication Skills.
- Age between 19 to 26
- Business Degree
- Males are Preferred.
