Job Description
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage filing, record-keeping, and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documents.
- Draft, edit, and review documents; resolve administrative issues and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Arrange travel schedules and accommodations for staff and management.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and processing financial documents.
- Collaborate with the finance department on reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (AUC and GUC graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Female applicants only.
- +2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing); Russian is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
