Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with banking operations, compliance processes, regulatory requirements and risk management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
