Job Description
- Supervises and directs the accounting records’ system and the financial statements and reports.
- Produce accurate Financial Reports on monthly basis as required by government or management.
- Produce analysis of the financial statements and provide financial ratios.
- Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
- Cooperate with the tax authorities and the external auditors to facilitate the job requirement and produce accurate data. Ensure compliance to applicable laws and tax procedures.
- Directs internal audits concerning review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Monitor revenue and expenses; Supervise the collection, consolidation, and evaluation.
- Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
- Participates in cost analysis and rate studies and guides subordinates.
- Handle all the relations with Banks and other institutions.
- Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Finance and Accounting.
- Relevant Experience in the finance field.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Strong analytical approach and negotiation skills.
- High numeracy skills and a good eye for details and investigative nature.
- Excellent knowledge of English languages (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP is a plus).
- Experience in the construction field is a plus.
