Job Description
- Attending the progress & technical meetings with the employer & the consultant.
- Taking part in the project management & the cost analysis review.
- Reviewing the workshop drawings preceding the submission to consultant.
- Handling the RFIs & technical issues arise in the project.
- Selection of materials complying with the specifications.
- Revising the quantity surveying for executed works & approved drawings.
- Tracking purchase orders for the project materials.
- Monitoring the payment certificates for the employer & the subcontractors.
- Handling the price adjustment & provisional rate items.
- Evaluating the variation orders and the pricing list.
- Monitoring the samples on site for contractual items.
- Coordination between all disciplines involved in the project.
- Leading the project team to work within the certified technical procedures.
- Participate in the Taking over Certificate (TOC) for finished projects.
- Following up the guarantee certificates from nominated subcontractors.
- Tracking the As Built drawings & the As Built QS for all disciplines.
- Following up the document’s control for the project.
- Monitoring the ISO requirements through the project procedures.
Job Requirements
- B.sc in Civil Engineering
- Experience not less than 12 years in technical office, 5 years as manager
- must have experience in infrastructure projects.
