Job Description
· Represent the company at the highest possible level of professionalism and credibility in sales
· Follow-up customer orders in coordination with warehouses and financial department.
· Record all data and invoices on the company's customer relationship management system
· Visit existing customers as planned
· Visit new customers as planned
· Question about existing customers' inventory of company merchandise to supply deficiencies
· Making sales zoom (horizontally/vertically) to increase sales volume
· Achieve set targets (value, items, visits, new customers, offers, etc..)
· Follow-up after-sales service and replace any damaged item at customers after coordinating with sales management
· Monitor the types, offers and delegates of competitors and submit a monthly report on markets and competitors
· Enhance relationships with customers and hear their complaints and follow up with the supervisor
· Educate customers about product features and benefits
· Proper itinerary fee for each round in cooperation with sales supervisor and after approval of sales manager
· Discussing the sector with the sales supervisor with a view to developing the business permanently
· Sustainable self-development and skills
· Writing sales reports accurately and carefully.
· Divide the market into categories and sectors in cooperation with the sales supervisor
· Analysis of sales figures, comparison of projections and gap analysis, development of plan to raise sales targets permanently
· Supervising the process of obtaining feedback from the market (written - verbal documented)
· Participate in the development of new sales offers with the sales supervisor
· Coordinate with the rest of the company to ensure the required sales results (warehouses, deliveries, purchases, marketing)
· Follow-up customer satisfaction with Marketing Department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in direct B2B selling.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets over time
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM database management system
- Ability to represent the organisation at a variety of industry and non-industry events
- Excellent communication skills
- High energy level, strong executive presence and the ability to progress further in the organization
- Team Player who wants to be part of and contribute to the success of a top-calibre sales organization
