Job Description
- a well-organized Site Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team.
- The Site Engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of solar projects.
- supervising crew members
- Should have Solid technical Skills
- preparing estimates for time and material costs,
- completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders.
- should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.
- should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the solar energy field as a site engineer
- BS Degree in engineering (electrical/power/renewable)
- PV design software knowledge like (PVsyst, Auto CAD, and SketchUp)
- Able to manage project schedules
- Have knowledge in cable size and specification, cable tray, CBs, mounting structures
- Have knowledge in testing and commissioning.
- Dealing with inverters before (SMA, ABB, Schneider)
- Have a car license
- Have the ability to be relocated
- Doesn’t object to staying for a long period in the far zone
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel-word-Microsoft project)
- Very good in English.
- Have the ability to lead a team
- Preferably a resident of Cairo
