Job Description
For a large reputable food manufacturing company in 10th of Ramadan, we are looking for Export Specialist to manage the Export sales in the company assuming the following responsibilities:
- Performing Sales through phone calls or emails approaching clients.
- Identify large opportunities and develop the actions necessary to win business.
- Open new Export markets
- Achieve & exceed Export Sales targets
- Develop Export sales plans and strategies.
- Carry out market research to understand market needs
- Generate Export sales leads
- Ensure product availability on time
- Identify new business opportunities
- Retain existing clients
- Solve customers' complaints.
- Attend Export exhibitions.
- Work with Project Management, Vendor Management, and Top Management to implement sales strategies.
- Prepare quotes for customers and follow up to convert quotes into projects.
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of internal protocols and procedures.
- Effectively communicate project specifications to Project Account Managers.
- Provide customer support; and manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Managers.
- Motivate the team and spur growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Export Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
