SUMMARY:The CEO is accountable to the Board for carrying out his duties and possesses a demonstrated track record in interacting with a policy board. Plans, manages, directs and is responsible for all activities associated with the operation of the Car Leasing & Rental and related economic development activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.Collaborates with the Board, Managers, and stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and direct all activities.Maintains a comprehensive understanding of regulations issued by the Transportation Ministry and developments in the Transportation Industry.Provides guidance to the workshop and After-sales department to enhance operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.Conducts regular meetings with existing customers to identify their needs and enhance Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).Leads, directs, and manages a team in the auto leasing market to achieve financial and business objectives.Establishes policies, directions, and strategies to expand the business, increase sales revenue, and decrease costs.Manages the business development function to ensure the company reaches its targets.Conducts regular meetings with the team, new and potential customers, and vehicle suppliers to address regional needs.Takes initiative to convert leads into orders.Develops and mentor employees to achieve common goals and business objectives.Identifies other business opportunities or cross-selling opportunities within the group of companies.Explores new opportunities for continuous business growth.Develops short and long-range plans and strategies to enhance and expand leasing and New Vehicles Business.Salary:SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Additional benefits: Company vehicle, Family Status, Medical Insurance, Annually 30 calendar days paid leave/vacation with annual return flight ticket, two yearly bonuses based on KPIs, and End Of Service Benefit, etc.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:Minimum of Eight (08) years of senior management experience executive, and have at least five (5) years at the number one and/or number two position preferably in Vehicle Lease Industry. Over 13 years of experience in the leasing business (i.e. auto leasing – operating lease overall business management, including P&L management)Demonstrated extensive and varied administration experience with strong leadership skills having an emphasis on strategic planning, financial management, fleet management, lease negotiations and community relations.At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. An MBA is very desirable.Sound Knowledge of Leasing Business and Transportation Ministry regulationsAbility to drive the company to increase sales volume and expand new businesses.Strategic thinker with executive presence and good ethics.Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.Good command of English both written and spoken.Additional substantially equivalent experience could be substituted for the requirements stated herein.#OTHER#OTHER
