Job Description
- Coordinate in cooperation with sector head on the activities set forth in the yearly work plan
- Manage and overlook the implementation of approved activities through a clear action plan
- Network with sector members and stakeholders
- Manage the on-going update and implementation of projects/activities automated system.
- Ensure effective implementation of sector initiative/activities/programs through continuous monitoring and Performance Monitoring Plan PMP which include various indicators for the different levels (activity, output, outcome and impact level) and designing formats and procedures for operational monitoring.
- Continuous liaison with relevant parties through direct contact and regular field visits to support and ensure proper implementation of programs/activities and to verify data submitted.
- Ensure up to date and continuous verification of sector’s database beneficiaries
- Document best practices and programs activities to assist with resource mobilization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business , marketing or similar field
- 2+ years of experience in export promotion, export development, customer service or related field
- Very good in both verbal and written communications skills
- Very good in Ms. office
- Very good in report writing
- Very good in Eng. language skills, French is a plus
