Job Description
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Apigee to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored API solutions that leverage Apigee's capabilities.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers, providing accurate and timely information to support the sales process.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, proof-of-concept projects, and other materials that showcase the capabilities of Apigee.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the API management space, ensuring that Cloud11 remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, white papers, and other technical content that enhances the company's reputation as a leader in Apigee and API management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical presales or solutions engineering role, with a focus on API management or cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, gRPC, OpenAPI) and security best practices (OAuth 2.0, API keys).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Apigee is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for API development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
