Job Description

  • Building relationships and developing new accounts in order to accomplish assigned target.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conducting virtual and face to face meetings in order to boost trust, engagement & strategic thinking.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Recording and expanding database through CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive or a relevant role.
  • A background in sales & marketing for foreign regions in the USA, Canada.
  • A previous experience in gulf market is preferable.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills problem solving and handling.
  • Proven sales track record and target achievement methods.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • English fluency both spoken and written is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
