Job Description
- Responsible for managing B2B operations and procedures on a daily basis.
- Building and enhancing procedures for smooth workflow.
- Deep investigation in transactions and system behavior.
- Testing all systems features and report test results.
- Monitor team performance to make sure the best services support has been provided to our customers.
- Prepare & send a daily, weekly and monthly for department manager .
- Maintain a good relationship with external and internal parties.
- Ensure that the service Level Agreements are met
- Leading and coaching employees
- Responsible for Operation KPIs and reporting of team performance
Job Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in operations management as supervisor or team leader.
- 1-3 years of experience in card acceptance and payment gateway operations.
- Experience in handling mobile-app platforms.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in Ms office.
