Job Description
- Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Handle basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, budget management, and bill payments. Liaise with accountants or financial advisors as necessary.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related degrees.
- Hands on experience with MS Office.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
