Develop and refine formulations
Conduct physical, chemical, and performance tests on raw materials and finished formulations.
Support continuous improvement of product performance, application methods, and production processes.
Analyze new sources of raw materials and assess their compatibility with existing product lines.
Maintain accurate lab notebooks, SOPs, and technical data sheets for developed products.
Plan and conduct field tests in coordination with client production teams and internal engineers.
Ensure new products meet internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with quality control, manufacturing, and sales teams for smooth product scaling and commercialization.
