• Market and sell residential units offered by the company
• Receive and guide clients, answering their inquiries
• Conduct field visits and property viewings with clients
• Negotiate and close real estate deals professionally
• Achieve the monthly sales targets set by management
• Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and projects
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
