Job Description
- Use, and training employees in its functions. Generally, a training program will be organized to educate employees as efficiently as possible.
- Meeting directly with Users and clients to find out their ERP-related needs. They will then incorporate these needs into a cohesive plan that serves the company’s full client pool.
- Conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business requests.
- System configuration and data migration
- Perform testing of software configurations and solutions.
- Investigate and resolve the configuration issues.
- Developing new solutions material and deliver training to key business users.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
- Documentation including ( a requirements document, source code document, software architecture documentation, solution instructions and a help guide for advanced users)
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain /Technical Support.
- Technical/Coding Skills
- Excellent User of MS office.
- Excellent analytical Skills.
- Well organized and Follow up skills.
- Very Good command of English language.
- Good numerical skills
