Job Description
- Complete understanding of the company's product line, target markets, and competition.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts in a manner that achieves long-term business objectives.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ needs.
- Ensure the successful delivery of products / services with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage customers’ opportunity lifecycle until closing phase and collection of all company dues in coordination with all involved departments.
- Effectively manage technical discussions with customers to assess their needs and propose solutions and products.
- Actively engaged with the existing customers to generate new opportunities while looking forward to attracting new logos.
- Adhere to all the company established policies and procedures.
- Instantly log all activities on CRM while reporting the daily actions with the Sales Dept. Head.
- Regularly reporting on the opportunities for growth to the Sales Dept. Head.
Job Requirements
- University degree related degree is a Must.
- Proven experience as Sales Account Manager in the Plastic field is a must.
- Post Graduate Studies in Project Management, Marketing, Sales or other relevant fields is a big plus.
- Proven ability to lead his own sales process and close business deals.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Productivity application (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- English | good writing and speaking.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- High time management and strategic planning skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and flexibility.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
