Job Description
- Design review, shop drawings and as-built.
- Prepare architectural quantity survey.
- Prepare and submit material submittal.
- Prepare pricing comparison sheet and break down analysis.
- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
