Job Description
- Organize the executive agenda and assist in planning appointments
- Receive the phone calls and redirecting them when it’s appropriate.
- Handle all out coming (emails, packages, and letters), prepare invoices, absence form and permissions on the management post every day.
- Register enquiries and orders in master template for sales team
- Have a great welcoming for clients, candidates, companies and visitors come to our head office.
- Monitor daily tenders from the assigned sources,
- Responsible for the stationary and ordering monthly.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Ensure office space is organized, tidy and clean.
Job Requirements
- Preferred experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Specifically, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel)
- Bachelor's degree is a must
