Job Description

  • Organize the executive agenda and assist in planning appointments 
  • Receive the phone calls and redirecting them when it’s appropriate.
  • Handle all out coming (emails, packages, and letters), prepare invoices, absence form and permissions on the management post every day.
  • Register enquiries and orders in master template for sales team
  • Have a great welcoming for clients, candidates, companies and visitors come to our head office.
  • Monitor daily tenders from the assigned sources,
  • Responsible for the stationary and ordering monthly.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
  • Ensure office space is organized, tidy and clean. 

Job Requirements

  • Preferred experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills 
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Specifically, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel) 
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
