Job Description

We're Hiring: Marketing Account Manager in Dubai!
Take charge of our aesthetic clinic's marketing from A to Z in the vibrant city of Dubai. From developing social media strategies to executing comprehensive campaigns, you'll enhance our brand and strengthen our presence both online and offline.

Role Description: 

As a Marketing Account Manager at our aesthetic clinic, you will orchestrate a diverse range of marketing and communication activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will keep you at the pulse of the clinic's operations, from digital marketing to direct client engagement. This role demands creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Scope of Work:
-Content Coordination: Regularly coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely creation and delivery of social media materials.
-Media Production: Direct videographers and collaborate with doctors during in-clinic shooting sessions to capture compelling content for marketing purposes.
-Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of Meta ads and other digital marketing efforts to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
-Strategy Development: Draw up and implement detailed marketing strategies that align with the clinic's goals.
-Event Management: Organize and oversee events that promote the clinic and engage the community.
-Brand Management: Actively manage and enhance the clinic's brand across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our core values.
-Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the clinic’s reputation online, particularly through Google reviews, ensuring a positive public perception.
-Pricing Strategy: Develop and adjust pricing strategies based on market demand and competitive analysis.
-Demand Analysis: Analyze patterns in client demand to better tailor marketing and operational strategies.
-Conversion Monitoring: Keep tabs on the contact center's performance regarding message and call conversion rates to optimize patient outreach.
-Social Media Stories: Record and share engaging stories across various social media platforms, featuring behind-the-scenes content, exclusive offers, our doctors in action, and patient testimonials.
-Testimonial Collection: Actively seek and gather patient testimonials and reviews to build trust and credibility online.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven track record with at least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
-Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both for internal coordination and external engagement.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen analytical approach to performance metrics.
-Creative mindset with the capability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
