Job Description


- Ensure that the entire office is consistently clean, tidy, and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials readily available (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Maintain accurate documentation records, ensuring proper archiving for easy retrieval.
- Perform scanning, photocopying, and other document-related tasks efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits of housekeeping and cleaning standards to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and manage monthly pantry requirements, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Draft professional letters without errors, appropriately name and archive them, and ensure quick and organized access when required.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of company assets, including laptops, cell phones, and SIM card numbers. Track their allocation, condition, and usage, ensuring proper documentation and regular audits for accountability.
- Report directly to the Business Support team, providing monthly updates on housekeeping status, supplies, and related areas.

 Ensure timely handover of detailed and accurate reports.
- Manage the ordering and distribution of access and parking cards as needed, ensuring proper documentation and tracking for all issued cards.
