Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of factory construction projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, quality wise and quantity wise.
Responsible for the organization, coordination, supervision and management of the project to ensure project’s progress, quality, safety and all other requirements are met.
Responsible for communication and coordination with contractors, design companies and other relevant units to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Responsible for preparing project plans, budgets and contracts, and supervising implementation.
Responsible for project risk assessment and control, and timely handling of problems that arise during the project.
Responsible for the acceptance and delivery of the project to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Job Requirements
more than 5 years of experience in factory construction project management
familiar with project management processes and methods.
good communication, coordination and management skills, and be able to effectively organize and lead a team.
strong risk awareness and problem-solving skills.
be able to handle complex project issues.
Advanced English reading and writing skills.
