Job Description
Review and provide feedback on design concepts, architectural plans, and technical drawings prepared by consultants and design firms.
Ensure design compliance with project requirements, hospitality standards, local regulations, and international building codes.
Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to align design deliverables with project timelines and budgets.
Manage coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams to resolve design conflicts.
Evaluate and approve materials, finishes, and construction methods proposed by consultants.
Attend design coordination meetings, offering technical guidance and ensuring the owner’s design intent is maintained.
Identify potential design risks and propose proactive solutions.
Review RFPs and participate in the selection process for design consultants and contractors.
Monitor design progress and prepare reports to update senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
6 to 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably within hospitality or real estate development.
Strong knowledge of local and international building codes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and project management tools.
