- Lead the implementation and customization aspects of all XX needs, objectives, and business requirements aligned with MD365 F&O configuration and best practices.
- Responsible for implementing MD365 F&O (On-Premises) specially in 3 main Areas Finance, Project Management and Supply chain.
- Responsible for MD365 F&O Administration, consulting and supporting. (must have experience in Finance, Project Management modules).
- Responsible for Coordinating & testing Integration with other applications.
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements and defining the actions that must take and the expected outcomes.
- Responsible For all MD365 F&O (On- Premises) servers (Updates, storage and performance).
- Managing, and modify all security roles, record level security and users access on MD365 F&O.
- Create or modify all MD365 F&O workflows.
- Functional and Technical Testing experience.
- Developing reporting to meet user requirements (SSRS, Power BI and Management reporter).
- Create and verify backups of data and Create maintenance plans For SQL server for all MD365 F&O.
- Developing basic customization on D365 of applications (Tables, Forms, Fields ..)to fulfill users requirements.
- Must Having good experience in Microsoft Power Bi.
- Import and Export mass data to Microsoft Dynamics to safe data entry time.
- Responsible for handling and assigning all IT related to MD365 F&O tickets and requests on service desk system Server built on the ITIL framework.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the high-quality process.
- Handling all operation with Microsoft Partner related to advanced customization or support tickets.
Job Requirements:
- BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification
- 5+ years working experience as ERP technical consultant
- Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
- Very good spoken and written English
