Job Description
- Conduct onsite visits for BNPL activation with different Fawry teams (KPIs will be set based on each site capacity)
- Responsible for myfawry taqseet activation from submission to collecting required documents & channeling to Credit Underwriting Team.
- Conduct outbound calls to list of target groups assigned for handling specific portfolio activity (i.e. follow-up on missing dox, activate limits, treat downwards, zero spenders as well as retention calls) with ensuring the expected quality of calls in a professional way.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the assigned Portfolio.
- Develop a trustworthy relationship with the customers.
- Achieve Outbound Calls’ targets (Number of Reached & Successful Calls).
- Conduct Upselling and Cross-selling activities.
- Act as a Focal point between the customer and Fawry’s various departments.
- Manage customers’ expectations and assuring that they are having the best customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Officer, or a similar position in the Sales department
- Complete knowledge of various sales techniques and developments in the sales industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
