- Assists in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information on space and design requirements, taking measurements, and making initial sketches to prepare drawings.
- Prepare electric design development drawings and tender documents.
- Prepare the preparation of shop drawings packages.
- Prepare preparing “record” drawings on completion of construction.
- Prepare the layout and draws a preliminary sketch of the project to present to the client.
- Prepare developing and coordinating detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for the project.
- Prepare plans for existing buildings where plans are unavailable.
- Provides support to department team and other teams when needed.
- Negotiating the technical issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinating and communicating with architecture/interior/structure teams.
- Participating in the Kick-Off Meeting of the projects with the team leader and execution team.
- Studying and understanding the contract documents (drawings, specifications, and BOQs).
- Understand and follow established standardized work processes relating to the business scope.
- Linking the site with the technical office documents.
- Material submittal approvals
- RFIs
- Follow up with the site team to ensure that all works on site to be matching with the drawings coordinate with other disciplines ( Arch, Mech)
- Revise Invoices with subcontractors
- As-built drawings

Job Requirements
Job Requirements
· 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the required role.
· Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering
· High communication skills.
