Job Description
- Manage software development projects and coordinate between the IT department and business areas
- Plan, execute, and complete software projects within budget and timeline
- Lead cross-functional teams and assign tasks to team members
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to clients
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Implement process improvements for future projects
- Analyze business requests and categorize them into projects, change requests, and business as usual
- Identify and resolve/escalate potential conflicts among different requests
- Act as an escalation path into and outside the Enterprise Application department
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of prior project management experience in software development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in product development, service delivery management, or project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of software development processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Risk management expertise.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Full-time position with work on-site from 10 am to 6 pm
