We are seeking a Software Project Manager who is resourceful, enthusiastic, and passionate about technology. The individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the client's vision and strategy as per client requests. This position involves collaborating with various business sectors, particularly development, to ensure comprehensive gathering, planning, and delivery of project requirements. Operating within a matrix environment, the Software Project Manager will closely collaborate with team members across different business units. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a strong proficiency in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
